Spotlight on Liz Thomas: Tai Chi / Qi Gong

We have a wide range of different classes from multiple disciplines at Old School Studio, from belly dance to gong meditation. The wonderful Liz Thomas teaches Tai Chi / Qi Gong on a Monday: 9.30am – 10.30am. 


What is Tai Chi? 


Tai Chi, also known as Tai Chi Chuan, nurtures mind body connection through a series of movements that flow from one into the next, harnessing deep breathing and mindfulness. 


The potential benefits of Tai Chi can include:

  • Strengthened muscles. 
  • Improved balance. 
  • Increased flexibility. 
  • Reduced risk of falls.
